Project Information Manager

About the role

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Project Information Manager to lead the information management for its development projects and asset management activities. The role will be based primarily in Greater London House, with a hybrid working pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain BIM operations across multiple projects, ensuring information requirements are met and regularly updated.
• Coordinate building and construction information, review project data, records and 3D models, and guarantee accurate, validated information is available throughout the business.
• Conduct research, support data analysis and reporting, and work with the Operational Team to introduce new technology, workflows and digital working practices.
• Identify and escalate instances of non‑compliance to maintain effective governance.

Required profile

• Proven expert knowledge of BIM and experience leading information management on major projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams using a range of software and tools.
• Strong understanding of UK and international BIM standards, including ISO 19650.
• Ability to work hybrid (three days onsite) and travel occasionally to sites and suppliers.
