About the role
As a Field Service Engineer for Costa Coffee, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Costa Express coffee equipment across the Leeds area. You will work directly with customers, ensuring their machines operate smoothly and delivering a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs or replacements on coffee vending equipment.
- Communicate issues, escalations and solutions to internal teams and customers.
- Provide first‑class customer service, representing the Costa brand on site.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Agile worker with experience in electrical or mechanical engineering service roles.
- Efficiency‑focused individual able to keep equipment operating effectively.
- People‑oriented professional who remains calm under pressure.
