Floor Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

As a Floor Manager at COS on Kings Road, you will lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences in a luxury fashion environment. You will set the tone for an inspiring store atmosphere while driving sales performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to consistently meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step into the Store Manager role when required, ensuring continuity in leadership and performance.

• Commitment to operational excellence and high store presentation standards.
• Flexible and reliable, comfortable working varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English language skills.
