About the role

Join the vibrant Food & Beverage team at Ibis London Heathrow Airport, delivering memorable moments to guests from arrival to farewell. You will work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, providing attentive service and ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately using the POS system and repeat orders for confirmation.
• Transmit orders to the kitchen promptly and monitor preparation times.
• Collect and deliver meals to guests, maintaining temperature and presentation.
• Keep tables, service areas, and workstations clean and tidy according to the manual.
• Apply hygienic food‑service techniques throughout the shift.
• Set up and clear room‑service trays and trolleys efficiently.
• Respond to reasonable guest requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Suggest improvements to service procedures and attend training sessions.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a team‑oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

• POS system operation.
