Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor ensures a seamless and memorable experience for guests during the overnight hours. You will combine front‑desk duties with audit responsibilities, acting as the primary point of contact for guests and operational issues throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge each guest with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Process check‑ins, check‑outs, and night‑time reservations while maintaining accuracy.
• Address guest requests, resolve issues, and provide local area recommendations.
• Complete nightly financial reports and audit tasks as required.
• Arrange transportation services and coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, engineering, security) to fulfill guest needs.
• Manage access to public‑area technology (TVs, internet, gaming devices) and provide basic troubleshooting.
• Support VIP and concierge services, gathering and summarising property information for guests.
• Assist colleagues to ensure proper coverage and prompt service throughout the shift.
