Food & Beverage Team Member – London

About the role

Join a dynamic hospitality team at a newly refurbished 12‑storey hotel in London. As a Food & Beverage Team Member you will welcome guests, serve hot beverages and snacks, and help create memorable experiences in our restaurant and bar outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude and provide efficient service.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, coffees and other beverages.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure ingredient labels are visible.
• Take responsibility for a designated section, keeping it well stocked.
• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
• Uphold hygienic food‑service techniques and keep the service area clean.
• Address guest concerns with a positive, problem‑solving approach.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.

Required profile

• Friendly, professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and full‑time hours.
