Food & Beverage Team Member – Morning & Evening Shifts

About the role

Join Accor’s vibrant hospitality team as a Food & Beverage Team Member, working either morning or evening shifts. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, accurate service, and a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders, repeat them for accuracy, and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver orders promptly to the kitchen and serve meals while maintaining temperature and presentation standards.
• Keep tables, service areas, and stations clean and tidy according to the procedure manual.
• Apply hygienic food‑service techniques throughout service.
• Handle room‑service calls, set up trays and trolleys, and ensure timely collection after use.
• Participate in health and safety practices, report incidents, and follow fire and evacuation procedures.
• Support environmental initiatives and report any hazards to supervisors.

Required profile

• Availability to work either morning or evening shifts.
• Willingness to follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
