Full Stack Developer – Up to £80,000 – Hybrid – Crawley

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Full Stack Developer to design, build and deliver enterprise‑scale applications for our IT consultancy clients. The role blends deep technical work with leadership responsibilities, allowing you to shape architecture, code quality and delivery standards while staying close to the code.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack solutions using .NET, C#, React and SQL.
• Lead technical design and implementation across end‑to‑end applications.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for quality, security and performance.
• Provide mentorship and day‑to‑day guidance to other developers.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery, including estimations, sprint planning and technical decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation initiatives and AI‑enabled features where possible.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with .NET/C# (APIs, backend services).
• Front‑end expertise with React, modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid SQL skills, including query optimisation and schema design.
• Proven experience as a senior engineer or technical lead.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.
