About the role

Join Amazon Web Services' Talent Acquisition team as a Full‑Lifecycle Recruiter. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing and engaging top talent to closing offers and onboarding new team members, while championing Amazon's inclusive hiring standards.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage data and funnel metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage candidates across multiple levels for complex requisitions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and closing best practices.
• Monitor external talent pipeline trends and competitor intelligence to inform recruitment tactics.
• Lead recruiting projects that drive measurable improvements in hiring metrics.
• Utilize diverse channels such as events, conferences, and online communities to attract exceptional candidates.
• Remove blockers, drive timely decisions, and mitigate pipeline risks.
• Mentor newer team members and contribute to process, data integrity, and operational excellence improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with hiring teams to design effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience creating and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies, including employer branding and candidate management.
