Main Missions
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Execute the full end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term commercial relationships with key stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive company growth.
- Participate in continuous professional development and advanced sales training modules.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate with a strong academic record (2:1 or 1st Class degree).
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Active listener with the ability to understand and solve client needs.
- Confident in conducting both telephone outreach and face-to-face client meetings.
- Highly coachable and eager to embrace continuous learning.

- Competitive base salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000.
