GTM Operator

About the role

We are looking for a GTM Operator to join our fast‑growing AI‑focused startup. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and CEO, you will own cross‑functional growth projects that span sales, revenue operations, marketing, and customer success. This is a hands‑on role where you will experiment, learn, and build scalable processes that drive revenue from developers.

Key responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting sequences and manage newsletter sponsorships.
• Run paid campaigns on Google and Reddit to generate pipeline.
• Organise developer community events in major tech hubs and sponsor relevant open‑source projects.
• Execute performance and brand marketing initiatives, including conferences, billboards, and LinkedIn growth.
• Create landing pages, customer case studies, and viral product launch videos.
• Improve tracking and metrics foundations across sales and marketing.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can switch contexts and think analytically from first principles.
• Highly agentic with a bias toward action and ownership.
• Hunter mindset – energized by chasing revenue opportunities.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity without a predefined playbook.
