GTM / Sales Recruiter – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are looking for a GTM / Sales Recruiter to join numi’s fast‑growing recruitment team. You will partner with high‑growth tech companies across the UK, helping them scale their commercial teams by hiring top‑performing revenue professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with founders, CROs, VP Sales and senior GTM leaders.
• Run end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Account Executives, Sales Development, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing and broader GTM roles.
• Develop new business, grow your own client portfolio and deepen existing partnerships.
• Map markets, create talent pipelines and stay up‑to‑date with commercial hiring trends.
• Collaborate with a high‑trust team to shape and evolve numi’s GTM recruitment offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within tech sales, GTM or commercial markets.
• Track record of managing full recruitment cycles and delivering results.
• Strong business development skills and ability to grow client relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting.
