Recruitment Consultant – French Speaking (IT/Tech)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Recruitment Consultant who will focus on contract and freelance placements within the French‑speaking market for our international tech client. Based in London, you will work either remotely or one day per week in the office, building long‑term relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client accounts and maintain existing relationships in Belgium and France.
• Source, screen and present contract talent for IT, tech and digital roles.
• Match candidates to client hiring requirements, ensuring a perfect fit.
• Drive business development activities to expand the client portfolio.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of 360‑recruitment experience in IT, tech or digital markets.
• Proven track record recruiting for contract/freelance positions.
• Fluent French and business‑level English.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
