About the role
Join the front‑office team at a flagship Marriott property in Northwest London. As a Guest Experience Supervisor you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay begins and ends with a warm, professional impression.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest check‑ins, assign rooms and activate room keys.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to confirm room readiness and address any guest concerns.
- Answer guest calls, messages and inquiries, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle check‑outs, resolve disputed charges and process payments, including cash and traveller’s cheques.
- Confirm reservations, manage cancellations and generate daily arrival/departure reports.
Required profile
- Friendly, people‑oriented demeanor with a team‑first attitude.
- Positive outlook, outgoing personality and strong problem‑solving ability.
- Flexibility to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods during shifts.
