Guest Relations Executive – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join Jumeirah Carlton Tower, a landmark luxury hotel in Knightsbridge, as a Guest Relations Executive. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, engage in friendly conversation and make them feel welcome upon arrival.
• Schedule dining reservations, coordinate special occasions and follow the Restaurant Reservations SOP.
• Handle restaurant enquiries using the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist, maintaining high service standards.
• Escort guests to their tables, introduce them to relevant staff, match the dining pace and present menus promptly.
• Know the menu, signature dishes and Chef specials to answer queries and recommend pairings.
• Provide personalized attention to VIP and regular guests, tracking preferences, allergies and privacy needs.
