Main Missions

• Oversee and manage all daily kitchen operations to ensure seamless service.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen team to maintain high performance and morale.
• Drive culinary innovation through menu development and recipe refinement.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier orders to optimize profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Guarantee the consistent delivery of our award-winning dishes to every customer.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• A true passion for creative cuisine, specifically within the premium burger and street food sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse kitchen brigade.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset focused on maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
