Sushi Chef & Operations Specialist

About the role

Main Missions

• Master sushi rolling techniques and prepare fresh products according to brand recipes.
• Manage various kitchen stations, including the hot zone, the pass, and raw product preparation.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards.
• Optimize stock management to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
• Prepare workstations for each shift and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the team through briefings and YO! 360 updates.
