About the role
ARNE, a fast‑growing UK apparel and footwear brand, is looking for a Head of Content to shape and execute its content strategy across all digital and retail channels. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will ensure a consistent, on‑brand voice that drives engagement, conversion and brand loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Content team, providing clear direction, coaching and career growth opportunities.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into high‑impact creative assets.
- Own the digital content calendar, aligning content with product launches, campaigns and key trading moments.
- Oversee creation and distribution of content across e‑commerce, app, email, social and paid channels.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign and photoshoot execution, from concept through delivery.
- Ensure all outputs meet premium brand standards, creative briefs, deadlines and commercial objectives.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail and stay abreast of competitor and industry trends.
Required profile
- Creative professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the fashion industry.
- Proven leadership experience in content creation and team management.
- Strong ability to collaborate with multiple departments and translate business needs into compelling content.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
