About the role

Aios Medical is building an AI operating system for consumer healthcare and needs a senior leader to shape its talent strategy. As Head of Talent you will own recruitment, culture, and people operations for a fast‑growing, remote‑first startup.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a world‑class talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent globally.
• Build and nurture a high‑performance culture where exceptional people can thrive.
• Own end‑to‑end people operations including onboarding, payroll, equity administration, and HR systems.
• Partner with the CEO and Chief of Staff to define hiring priorities and organizational structure.
• Ensure all HR processes are executed with excellence and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent functions in high‑growth startups or tech companies.
• Extreme standards, high agency, and comfort with unconventional, fast‑moving environments.
• Ability to work fully remote, async, with availability until midday Pacific Time.
• Strong judgment, grit, and a passion for building generational companies.
