Heritage Team Garage Technician

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Garage Technician to join our Heritage Team, supporting the build, maintenance, reliability and safe transport of heritage vehicles and garage equipment for Red Bull Racing and Red Bull Advanced Technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Attend test events and running showcar events as directed by the Heritage Operations Manager.
• Support the build, preparation, maintenance and presentation of heritage vehicles and garage equipment.
• Assist with event set‑up, pack‑down and on‑site operational support.
• Prepare, organise and pack fly‑away equipment and trucks for transport.
• Maintain trucks, garages, tools and surrounding areas to a high industry standard.
• Handle freight preparation, ensuring correct packing and safe transportation of equipment.
• Perform additional tasks to support Heritage operations and event delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula 3, touring cars or another high‑level motorsport environment.
• Valid HGV Category 1 licence.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt to travel schedules, event challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the UK and internationally.
• Physically fit and committed to maintaining functional fitness.

Required skills
