Hospitality Champion – Waiter/Waitress at Bullring

About the role

Join TOCA Social as a Hospitality Champion delivering a best‑in‑class dining experience in the vibrant Bullring venue. You will greet guests, take orders and ensure every visit is memorable in a football‑themed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and support guests throughout their visit.
• Take food and drink orders, deliver them promptly and check in with guests.
• Conduct TOCA box demonstrations and follow service standards.
• Handle enquiries and bookings in person and by phone, upselling where appropriate.
• Manage cloakroom and boot room as needed.
• Guide guests through the food & beverage offering and make recommendations.
• Maintain clean and presentable guest‑facing areas.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with teammates to minimise disruption.
• Replenish stock and support kitchen/bar teams, including basic food preparation and cocktail making.
• Follow health, safety and allergy procedures and perform basic tech troubleshooting.
• Adapt to flexible duties based on business needs.

Required profile

• Punctual, reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
• Quick learner able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends, 15 hours per week.
