About the role
Join the friendly team at Ibis Cambridge Central Station as a Receptionist and be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create memorable moments from arrival to departure while ensuring smooth front‑desk operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, register them and process payments.
- Update guest information and manage reservations in the hotel system.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints and remarks promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk area and adhere to quality standards.
- Adapt to changes and support shift coverage as needed.
Required profile
- Friendly, guest‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work independently, manage shifts responsibly and cope under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and problem‑solving mindset.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
- Fluency in English.
