About the role
This position provides operational and project support to the HR Business Partner team, helping deliver people priorities across assigned business areas. It offers broad exposure to core HR activities and is ideal for someone starting or developing a career in HR within a fast‑paced, global environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of core HR cycles such as performance, compensation, talent and engagement.
- Assist with rollout and implementation of HR programmes aligned to business priorities.
- Produce HR reports and dashboards, track metrics like headcount and talent, and provide data‑driven insights.
- Support hiring approval processes, track recruitment activity and maintain workforce data.
- Contribute to HR project development, delivery and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Build relationships across HR teams and act as first point of contact for queries.
- Organise meetings, agendas and follow‑ups for HR forums.
- Maintain HR resources, including SharePoint sites and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and proactive attitude.
- Curiosity, innovative mindset and continuous‑improvement orientation.
