About the role
Gartner is seeking a Recruiter to support its French market within the Large Enterprise, Global Technology Sales Recruiting Team. This 12‑month fixed‑term position will focus on sourcing and assessing talent for the Northern Europe/Europe Public Sector business units.
Key responsibilities
- Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned business units.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Utilise multiple recruiting channels and innovative strategies to attract talent.
- Maintain candidate data in a sourcing and tracking database.
Required profile
- Proven experience in corporate or agency recruitment.
- Track record of meeting metrics or goal‑based talent acquisition targets.
- Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Result‑oriented mindset with determination to deliver.
