Human Resources Analyst - Internship

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to work as a Human Resources Analyst within a small, dynamic HR team supporting roughly 80 employees across two London entities. You will gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle, payroll, recruitment, reporting and HR projects while collaborating closely with Finance and HR colleagues in Paris.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring changes are reflected in HR systems and executed accurately.
• Manage monthly payroll, benefits and pension processes in partnership with Finance and external providers.
• Support recruitment activities and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Oversee off‑boarding procedures and maintain related documentation.
• Prepare monthly HR‑Finance reports and lead cyclical head‑office reporting requirements.
• Own training and development initiatives, including budget management and vendor liaison.
• Assist with annual HR duties such as performance appraisals and compensation reviews.
• Update local HR policies to reflect company or UK legislative changes.
• Participate in HR projects, CSR committees and cross‑border group requirements.

Required profile

• Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management or related field.
• Part‑qualified CIPD status.
• 1‑2 years of HR experience in a small, fast‑paced team.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and proactive attitude.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced) and general MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with HR information systems.
