Field Trainer – UK & Nordics Retail

About the role

Moncler is seeking a Field Trainer to support its UK and Nordics retail network from a London base. Reporting to the Omnichannel Training Manager EMEA, you will develop store teams through induction, training, and on‑floor coaching, helping to drive sales performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistent onboarding and induction programmes for new hires, including managers and office staff.
• Design and facilitate trainings, workshops, and product sessions in collaboration with the buying team.
• Support new store openings and rollout projects alongside the Omnichannel team.
• Provide in‑store clienteling and omni‑service training, integrating sales processes.
• Coach store managers and staff on selling skills, improve morning brief formats, and act as a shop‑floor role model.
• Initiate and run targeted training activities aligned with business needs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of leadership experience, preferably in luxury fashion or hospitality retail.
• Hands‑on shop‑floor experience with a proven track record in training and coaching.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
• Commercial awareness, self‑motivation, and flexibility to work weekends when required.
