Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Boeing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its UK & Ireland team. You will partner with managers and employees across the region, delivering HR services that support business competitiveness and a positive employee experience. The role operates in a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes and hearings.
• Coach and support managers on performance, succession, disciplinary, grievance, absence, and other HR processes, handling both standard and complex cases.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop resourcing plans, attract and onboard capable talent aligned with business growth.
• Conduct evaluations and root‑cause analyses to identify proactive actions that improve manager capability and HR service delivery.
• Identify and implement process and policy improvements to enhance manager and employee experience.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to define and deliver growth or change programmes, acting as project lead for HR‑related activities.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience managing discipline and grievance caseloads.
• Strong track record of leading successful business change and project management.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, data analytics, and problem‑solving to ambiguous situations with limited support.
• Proven relationship‑building, influencing, and conflict‑management skills.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
