Insights Analyst

About the role

The Insights Analyst will turn large fitness data sets into actionable insights that drive member experience and commercial performance. Working within a small, agile Insights team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Operations and Marketing to solve complex data challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business‑critical analytics projects and reporting, translating data into clear recommendations.
• Analyse member behaviour and commercial outcomes using the company’s extensive fitness data assets.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Collaborate closely with the wider Insights & Analytics functions, including Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
• Support decision‑making across the organisation by providing data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for turning data into business value.
• Experience working in an agile, data‑focused team.
• Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings in an understandable way.
