Support Analyst – MD & Premier Technology Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Support Analyst to deliver high‑touch Level 1‑3 IT support to senior executives, bankers, traders and wealth managers in a fast‑paced financial services environment. The role involves troubleshooting across desktop, mobile and collaboration tools while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1‑3 support for Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
• Assist Managing Directors, Executive Assistants and front‑office users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite – Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Administer endpoints with Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain corporate iOS and BYOD mobile environments.
• Provide meeting‑room, video‑conferencing and event‑technology support.
• Perform proactive device health monitoring and analysis.
• Execute technology upgrades, deployments and project activities.
• Deliver user training, guidance and best‑practice recommendations.
• Identify service improvements and escalate risks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/Desktop/End‑User support.
• Proven ability to support VIP and front‑office users in high‑pressure environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities.
