Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Solicitor (1-10 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Solicitor to join our team in one of our UK offices (Leicester, Oxford, Manchester or Northampton). The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base, ranging from insolvency practitioners and individuals to SMEs and large national and international organisations, handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide litigation support and represent clients in personal and corporate insolvency disputes.
• Advise on corporate restructuring, recovery strategies and non‑contentious advisory work.
• Manage relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including insolvency practitioners, creditors and senior management.

Required profile

• Previous litigation experience, preferably in insolvency or corporate recovery.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate restructuring and advisory work.
• Motivated, ambitious and able to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
