Integrated Marketing Manager

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to join the EMEAL marketing organization within LinkedIn Talent Solutions. Based in London, this hybrid role will help shape regional marketing initiatives that boost brand perception, deepen customer engagement, and drive adoption of key talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic integrated marketing plans for talent development and management audiences across EMEAL.
• Create customer‑facing programs that highlight product value and encourage feature adoption.
• Localize global campaigns to generate regional demand and enhance engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and senior executives to influence program development.
• Analyze performance data, share insights with leadership, and refine future marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or business strategy.
• Fluency in German or French is preferred.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, growth, field, sales, and customer success teams.
