International Legal Counsel – French & English

About the role

We are looking for an International Legal Counsel to lead our global legal affairs and act as the primary liaison with international stakeholders. The role combines cross‑border compliance, complex contract negotiation, and diplomatic coordination across our operations in the UK, Turkey and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with foreign government bodies, embassies and international legal partners.
• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, legal memoranda and corporate documentation in English, French and Turkish.
• Coordinate and monitor legal, diplomatic and administrative processes to ensure regulatory compliance for international projects.
• Provide legal support and linguistic coordination during high‑level missions and executive meetings.
• Deliver legal risk assessments and strategic advice on international trade operations and global investments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); Master’s (LL.M.) in International or Commercial Law strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English, French and Turkish for legal drafting, speaking and official correspondence.
• Valid work permit for the United Kingdom and Turkey; British citizenship preferred.
• Mid‑level experience with solid knowledge of International Business Law, trade mechanisms and diplomatic etiquette.
• Ability to travel internationally for missions and high‑level meetings.
