International Supply Chain Manager – London

About the role

We are seeking an International Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics operations for a leading food & beverage brand. Based in London, you will optimise global routes, ensure compliant export processes and drive continuous improvement across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise the international supply chain across suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and distributors.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency, scalability and resilience.
• Manage logistics, freight forwarding, customs, import/export compliance and shipping performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, commercial, finance, quality and regional teams.
• Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting to balance stock availability and waste.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, lead times, inventory turns, freight costs and service levels.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to minimise disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, systems and data analytics.
• Support sustainability goals by improving efficiency and responsible sourcing.

Required profile

• Proven supply chain experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG or Retail with multi‑market operations.
• Strong knowledge of global shipping, customs regulations and import/export compliance.
• Experience managing suppliers, manufacturers and logistics partners across several countries.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities with commercial awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
