IT Support Analyst – UK Nursery Network

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to be the dedicated technology resource for our UK nursery network. Based at our head office in Warwick, you will provide end‑to‑end support for both nursery locations and headquarters, handling a wide range of technical issues independently.

Key responsibilities

• Own IT support for nursery sites and HQ, from first contact to resolution.
• Manage and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs.
• Diagnose and fix hardware, networking, end‑user devices and software problems.
• Provision and configure computers, mobile devices, displays and networking equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, MDM platforms and SaaS applications.
• Maintain CCTV, IP camera systems and door access control.
• Create knowledge‑base documentation and enable end‑user self‑service.
• Travel to nursery locations across the UK for new openings and hardware roll‑outs.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a hands‑on helpdesk or field IT support role, preferably multi‑site.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, hardware and cloud platforms.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Clear communicator with non‑technical users.
• Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
