Junior Conflicts Advisor

About the role

We are partnering with a leading national law firm in London to recruit a Junior Conflicts Advisor for its Risk and Compliance team. This position offers a solid entry point into legal compliance, allowing you to work closely with experienced colleagues on client and matter conflict checks.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for conflict queries from legal teams.
• Review conflict reports and identify potential legal or commercial conflicts.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining information barriers.
• Collaborate with partners and lawyers to resolve issues when matter scopes change.
• Maintain and update internal procedures, training materials and conflict‑related systems such as Intapp.
• Support the Conflicts Manager and wider team on projects and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of conflicts‑of‑interest experience within a law‑firm environment.

• Intapp conflict‑checking system.
