About the role

Cloudflare is seeking a Litigation Counsel to join its global legal team. The role involves managing a wide range of litigation matters, from intellectual property disputes to regulatory challenges, across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing lawsuits and respond to litigation threats worldwide.
• Collaborate with internal legal teams, external counsel, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with Cloudflare’s business objectives.
• Handle disputes related to contracts, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and labor/employment issues.
• Advise on intermediary liability matters arising from Cloudflare’s role as an internet infrastructure provider.

Required profile

• Qualified attorney with experience in complex, technology‑focused litigation.
• Ability to navigate novel legal issues in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
