Junior Technical Support (Hybrid, London)

About the role

LiveMore is looking for a Junior Technical Support professional to join its Technical Team in Central London. This permanent, hybrid position offers a structured two‑year development plan designed to build a solid foundation in technical support and gradually expand into testing, QA and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging, investigating and resolving issues on the Mortgage Platform to ensure a reliable, friendly service for users.
• Taking ownership of day‑to‑day service‑desk tickets and shadowing senior colleagues on complex problems.
• Contributing to manual and automated testing of platform changes.
• Supporting small improvement projects and helping to enhance the overall support function.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about starting a career in technology and technical support.
• Willing to follow a two‑year development plan that moves from foundational support skills to specialised areas.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (1‑2 days in the office per week).
