Lead Auditor – Independent Third‑Party Audits

About the role

ISOQAR is expanding its Lead Auditor team in the South East and is looking for professionals based within commuting distance of London. As a Lead Auditor you will deliver independent, evidence‑based third‑party audits for a diverse client base covering construction, manufacturing, chemicals, facilities management, engineering, transport and more.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and lead independent third‑party audits of management systems.
• Gather objective evidence and prepare clear, impartial audit reports.
• Host opening and closing meetings to communicate findings to clients.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Continue developing knowledge of industry standards and evolving regulations.
• Complete a structured 12‑week training programme and achieve Lead Auditor qualifications.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operational experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and accurate report‑writing skills.
• Professional, methodical approach with high integrity.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (including occasional overnight stays) and hold a full UK driving licence.
