Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment

About the role

Join a dedicated team of 30 technicians operating on a 3‑shift pattern to keep a wide range of machinery and assembly‑line equipment running 24/7. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, developing and maintaining diverse industrial assets while supporting a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, develop and maintain machinery and assembly‑line equipment.
• Produce daily work reports and maintain accurate records of completed tasks.
• Control spare‑parts inventory and report replenishment needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workshop, equipment and tools.
• Document and investigate root causes of machine breakdowns using online sheets.
• Apply high standards of health, safety and environmental awareness at all times.

Required profile

• ONC or HNC qualification.
• 2‑5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably in automotive or electronics environments.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding abilities.
• Good understanding of root‑cause analysis.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using a PC.
• Team player with a proactive ‘go‑see’ attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
