Marketing & Communication Officer Internship

About the role

IKOS, the European leader in railway engineering consulting, is looking for a Marketing & Communication Officer intern to join its Paris headquarters team. The internship will be based in London and will support the re‑branding of AEGIS and the promotion of IKOS’s UK subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the rebranding of AEGIS as part of its integration into the IKOS Group, working closely with the Corporate Communication & Marketing Manager.
• Create and manage communication materials for IKOS’s UK subsidiaries.
• Develop and animate AEGIS’s online presence, including social media and website content.
• Support the coordination of local events and promotional activities.
• Manage relationships with external providers for design and production of communication assets.
• Conduct competitive monitoring and benchmarking to inform the communication strategy.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a postgraduate programme, a 4‑year degree or Master’s degree and available for a 6‑month internship.
• Previous experience in a marketing or communication role, preferably in rail, energy, industrial or logistics sectors.
• Fluent English (native level); French is a plus.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
