Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. You will help bring the Bailey brand to life by creating and delivering integrated campaigns that showcase our caravans, motorhomes and campervans, as well as promoting our sister company Prima Leisure.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor integrated marketing campaigns for Bailey and Prima Leisure, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with sales, product development and operations to develop customer‑focused content across digital, print and event channels.
• Lead product launch activities and major events, managing creative concepts through to final execution.
• Embed Prima Leisure’s e‑commerce offering into core communications as the primary destination for parts and accessories.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong interest in brand storytelling and adventure‑oriented products.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage several projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with integrated marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Familiarity with digital content creation and multi‑channel distribution.
• Understanding of product launch processes and event coordination.
