Director, Brand Communications

About the role

The Director, Brand Communications will lead the development and execution of high‑impact brand communication strategies across Europe. Working closely with central marketing teams, local markets, bottlers and global partners, you will ensure brand stories are culturally relevant, consumer‑centric and aligned with corporate reputation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver Europe‑wide brand PR plans for a portfolio of iconic brands, integrating earned‑first ideas into the end‑to‑end campaign framework.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create and activate influencer and creator programmes, ensuring consistent storytelling across earned, owned and paid media.
• Partner with frontline markets to localise brand narratives and support annual brand planning cycles.
• Coordinate with global communications, bottling partners and functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and smooth rollout of initiatives.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution of PR and digital campaigns, develop KPIs and tracking frameworks, and report on performance.
• Lead creative agencies in producing high‑quality PR content, influencer programmes and digital storytelling assets, providing hands‑on guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
• Extensive experience in brand communications or PR within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Proven ability to work across multiple markets and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing agency partners and cross‑functional teams.
