Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing plans for a fast‑growing leisure and entertainment group. You will own campaigns from concept through to delivery, shaping how our cinema, dining and events experiences are presented to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver marketing plans across key trading periods.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns, managing them from idea to execution and post‑campaign review.
• Support the promotion of new leisure activities and ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Monitor performance using data and insight, feeding learnings into future planning.
• Collaborate with digital and site teams to improve the customer journey from discovery to booking.
• Build strong relationships with operations, sales and site teams to translate marketing activity into real‑world impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing role within the experience, leisure or entertainment sector.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver campaigns across multiple channels.
• Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Data‑driven decision‑making, using insight to shape strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
