Marketing Associate

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing start‑up in the entertainment and games sector that needs a Marketing Associate to drive its partner marketing strategy. You will work closely with affiliates, influencers and creators to boost viral viewership and support the company’s rapid scaling phase.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional partnership marketing initiatives, owning affiliate, influencer and creator collaborations.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximise social reach, audience engagement and commercial performance.
• Coordinate large‑scale creator outreach, product seeding campaigns and monthly launches.
• Identify gaps in existing programmes and test new growth initiatives.
• Lead external support teams for campaign administration, product distribution and creator onboarding.
• Prioritise high‑impact partnership opportunities based on performance data and market trends.
