Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to boost brand awareness, patient volume and revenue for Cleveland Clinic London. Reporting to the Head of Business Development & Marketing, the role partners with clinical and functional teams across the UK and US.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage a team and collaborate with the global marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Lead cross‑channel marketing tactics to increase brand awareness, new patient volume and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute annual brand and press campaigns and product‑led marketing for service lines.
• Provide monthly performance reporting and recommendations on PPC, website, social media and third‑party platforms.
• Scan the healthcare market and competitor landscape to identify marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in healthcare services (private or NHS) – essential.
• Proven track record of managing high‑value marketing budgets and contracts.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of up to two direct reports.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and running cross‑functional projects – desirable.
