Re‑Engagement Officer

About the role

As a Re‑Engagement Officer you will drive customer communication and retention using email, push notifications and other digital channels. You will plan, execute and optimise campaigns to deliver the right message at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute email and push‑notification campaigns for re‑engagement and retention.
• Manage engagement tools to create audiences, schedule sends and monitor performance.
• Segment customers based on activity, behaviour and transaction history.
• Write and optimise engaging copy for email, push and in‑app messages.
• Track metrics such as open rates, clicks, conversions and re‑activation.
• Handle customer queries received through campaign channels and share insights with relevant teams.
• Test variations of messages, offers, timings and audience segments.
• Maintain campaign trackers, communication records and performance reports.
• Leverage AI and automation tools for ideation, segmentation and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of customer engagement, retention and digital communication.
• Attention to detail when handling customer data and campaign setups.
• Problem‑solving ability and customer‑handling skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in email and push‑notification or marketing‑automation tools.
• Familiarity with analytics, segmentation and AI‑enabled automation tools.
