Mobile Housekeeper – Laundry Assistant

About the role

We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic housekeepers to join our mobile team, providing daily cleaning and laundry support across several care homes in Dorset and surrounding areas. You will help create a warm, safe environment for our residents while enjoying the flexibility of working in different locations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of communal areas and resident rooms, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding residents' clothing and linens.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.
• Work a 36‑hour week schedule that includes alternating weekends and paid breaks.

Required profile

• Team‑player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Attention to detail and a genuine passion for resident wellbeing.
• Willingness to travel between homes and hold valid business insurance.

Required skills

• Experience in residential or care‑home housekeeping preferred.
