About the role
We are seeking a Night Care Assistant to work on‑site at Audley Village in Darley Dale. You will support residents who live independently in their homes throughout the night, ensuring their safety, comfort and wellbeing from 8 pm to 8 am, including alternate weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care such as getting in and out of bed, washing, showering and dressing.
- Support daily routines, including meal preparation, laundry, cleaning and ironing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, acting as a trusted friend during night hours.
- Help residents with medication administration and follow personal care plans.
