Night Reception Team Member

About the role

Join the ibis London Heathrow Airport team as a Night Reception Team Member and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for guests during the overnight hours. You will be the face of the hotel at night, handling check‑ins, check‑outs and any guest needs with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct the nightly audit, reconcile all transactions and prepare reports for management.
• Welcome guests arriving late, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and concerns.
• Process payments, handle credit‑card transactions and ensure billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to resolve guest issues.
• Monitor the front‑desk area for cleanliness, organization and any suspicious activity.
• Perform additional tasks as required during the night shift.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail for accurate billing and audit processes.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with payment processing and credit‑card handling.
• Basic knowledge of hotel front‑desk software or reservation systems.
• Ability to perform numerical reconciliations and generate reports.
