Night Receptionist – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Night Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests staying at Point A Waterloo during the night shift. You will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience, while maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all night‑time guests.
• Perform end‑of‑shift audit and banking reconciliations accurately.
• Support other hotel departments and guarantee effective handovers between shifts.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints and requests promptly.
• Uphold health, safety and security standards throughout the property.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and passion for hospitality.
• Kindness, honesty and a community‑focused mindset.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom and ability to commute to the hotel.
